According to Gartner, it is important for organizations that - regardless of time or location - data and applications are always secure and available. On the one hand, this means that 'mission critical' applications must always be up & running and perform optimally. Because BPSOLUTIONS also wants to help organizations create new business models and opportunities, on the other hand, they need to make customer data work for them. After all, every organization wants to get a little smarter every day, says Van Heek.
